Shipping & returns
Six to eight weeks: the time it takes to make one, not ship one.
Your piece does not exist yet. When you reserve it, a casting begins.
The timeline
- Reservation
- Your order triggers an individual lost-wax casting in Bangkok. A wax model is made for your piece alone.
- Weeks 1–6
- Investment, pour, and finishing at the bench. Surfaces are worked by hand; patina and edges are set piece by piece.
- Final 14 days
- Quality pass, then dispatch. Your piece ships within 14 days of leaving the bench, tracked.
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $400. All parcels travel tracked and insured; you receive the tracking number the day your piece ships.
Orders ship from Bangkok. International deliveries may incur import duties or taxes on arrival; these are set by your country and belong to the buyer.
Returns
All sales are final. Each piece is cast for one order, so there is no stock for it to return to. The reservation is the commission; the six to eight weeks are the making.
The exception is a fault. If your piece arrives damaged, or a casting flaw shows within 14 days of delivery, write to oustre01@gmail.com with photos. A faulty piece is repaired at the bench or recast from the same form, at no cost. Unevenness, hammer marks, and off-center forms are the design, not faults; each casting differs slightly from the photographs, and from every other casting.
Nothing here limits rights you hold under the law of your country.
