The terms, stated plainly.

Effective July 5, 2026. Reserving a piece or using this site means agreeing to what follows.

The reservation

An order on this site is a reservation: it commissions an individual casting, made after you order it. Six to eight weeks is the honest estimate for that work, not a guaranteed delivery date; casting by hand occasionally runs longer, and you are told when it does. Oustre may decline or refund a reservation before casting begins.

Prices & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and Thai baht and may change; the price at the moment of reservation is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full at reservation, processed by Stripe. Import duties and taxes on international deliveries belong to the buyer.

All sales final

Because each piece is cast for one order, all sales are final. Faults are the exception: a damaged or flawed casting is repaired or recast, as set out in shipping & returns. Nothing here limits rights you hold under the law of your country.

The objects

Unevenness is the design. Weights and dimensions are approximate; surfaces, edges, and patina vary from casting to casting and from the photographs. Sterling silver tarnishes with air and wear; that is the material, not a defect. Care guidance is at care.

The site & the work

The designs, photography, text, and the Oustre name belong to Oustre. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. The site is provided as it stands; it may change, pause, or contain the occasional error, corrected when found.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Oustre’s liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
